Terrafoam EPS

Is an inert closed cell expanded polystyrene insulation material. It has excellent resistance to freeze/thaw and has zero capillarity and low moisture absorption properties. Terrafoam will never rot, or support mold or mildew.

In general Terrafoam EPS contains no CFCs, HCFCs, or other refrigerant gases and does not lose R-value over time. The insulation R-Value increases as temperature decreases.

  • Insulation under concrete slabs and in crawlspaces.
  • Frost protected shallow foundations.
  • Ice arenas and snow melt systems.
  • Landscaping and geotechnical applications

• Above grade applications:
  • Continuous insulation for wall construction assemblies.
  • Exterior Insulation Finish Systems (EIFS) *Contact Territory Mgr for special pricing.
  • Roofing insulation, including sloped, flat, and tapered applications.
  • Coolers, freezers, and ice arenas.
